What are all the available field/item names and values in a chat log document?

Instant IMtegrity stores a variety of meta data along the actual chat content in chat log documents.
This FAQ lists all available field/item names and their content.

Abstract

Contains a textual abstract of the beginning of the chat, without images or emoticons. It is a summary item and therefore can be included in IBM Notes views. Note that this item does not include the entire chat; content length is capped at about 2 KB.

Body

The complete chat content, incl. inline images and emoticons as rich text. Unlike the Abstract item, this field cannot be displayed in views.

ChatEnd

Time/Date of the end of the chat.

ChatGUID

A universally unique ID of the chat in standard GUID format. This GUID matches the on-disk filename of the source XML chat log files as well as any associated image file names.

ChatStart

Time/Date of the start of the chat.

Colors

A rich text “helper” field used in the User Names header of the chat log document to visualize the color name of each chat participant.

ExpireDate

The expiration date of the chat log document. See here for details.

ImageCount

The number of total number of images/screenshots (excluding emoticons) in the chat.

ListEntityTypes

List of all Sametime chat entity types of the chat. Usually “User”. Parallel linked.

ListImageCount

List of the total number of images (excluding emojis) of each chat user. Parallel linked.

ListMessageCount

List of the total number of messages sent by each user. Parallel linked.

ListReaders

List of IBM Notes user names able to read the chat document.
By default includes the chat participants and the standard IBM Domino group “LocalDomainServers” and the ACL role “[ReadEverything]”

ListSmileyCount

List of the total number of emojis/smileys sent by each user. Parallel linked.

ListUserNames

List of IBM Notes user names who participated in the chat. The first list entry is the user who initiated the chat. Parallel linked.

ListWordCount

List of the number of total number of individual words sent by each user. Parallel linked.

MessageCount

Number of total messages sent in the chat between all chat users.

PartyCount

Number of total users involved in the chat.

ProcessTime

Time in milliseconds the importer

Server

Name of the IBM Domino server who processed and imported the chat log.

SmileyCount

Number of total emojis/smileys sent in the chat between all chat users.

Tags

Optional: List of keyword tags if set by action rules.

Version

The major version number of Instant IMtegrity which processed and imported the chat log. Typically 9.

WordCount

Number of total words sent in the chat between all chat users.

Parallel linked list items

The following list items are parallel linked to each other, meaning the 1st entry in each list item belongs to the 1st user in all other list items, the 2nd entry to the 2nd user, etc.
